Riverside Community Care is seeking a dynamic Program Director to lead our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) services and help shape the future of integrated behavioral healthcare.

    This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced clinical leader to oversee a multidisciplinary team providing urgent care, outpatient services, integrated treatment, crisis coordination, and community-based behavioral health supports. The Program Director plays a critical role in ensuring high-quality, responsive care while driving program growth, operational excellence, staff development, and innovation.

    What You’ll Do

    As Program Director, you will:

    • Lead daily operations of CBHC and outpatient services
    • Oversee urgent care workflows, access standards, and integrated care delivery
    • Supervise and mentor multidisciplinary staff including clinicians, prescribers, peers, nurses, case managers, and administrative team members
    • Support innovative initiatives including telehealth, substance use/MAT programming, and technology-driven solutions
    • Utilize data and analytics to guide decision-making and improve outcomes
    • Monitor program quality, fiscal performance, productivity, and regulatory compliance
    • Foster strong relationships with community providers, funding sources, hospitals, and state agencies
    • Build a collaborative culture grounded in recovery, resilience, empowerment, and continuous improvement

    Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours: Monday - Friday

    Pay Rate: $98,133.36/salaried

    Required Skills

    • Familiar working with following populations within the substance use/medication assisted treatment and youth/young adult services.
    • Experience with or willingness to learn business intelligence analytics and how to use machine learning in data-driven decision-making.
    • Experience in program development with a strong commitment to program growth, change, access and adaptability to the needs of the community.
    • Enthusiasm to learn and integrate technology into the work environment, including providing therapy and supervisory services via video conferencing. Experience with video-conferencing platforms preferred.
    • Strong (immediate to advanced) skills in the utilization of technologies (i.e. word, excel etc)
    • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required

    Required Experience

    • Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health discipline and independent clinical licensure required.
    • Five years management/supervisory or administrative experience in a similar mental health setting required.
    • Seven years clinical experience in a multi-disciplinary mental health setting required.
