CLIENT – AUBURN (Personal Care Support)

Schedule: Morning — Weekdays & Weekends (Same client, two separate schedule blocks)

Care Needs:

Walking assistance using a gait belt

Possible future use of a Hoyer lift for transfers from bed to wheelchair

Medication reminders

Assistance with dressing

Foot care (apply lotion)

Occasional incontinence assistance

Bathing with bathing wipes

Toileting using a bedside commode

Meal preparation

Light housekeeping

Companionship and social engagement

This client benefits from caregivers who bring patience, consistency, and a calm, supportive presence during morning routines.

MUST HAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT

To ensure safety, reliability, and high‑quality care, all applicants must meet the following employment requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

Proof of active auto insurance

Reliable, personally‑owned vehicle

Must currently reside in Pennsylvania

Minimum age of 18

Ability to pass all required background checks

Consistent attendance and punctuality

Ability to safely perform hands‑on personal care and mobility assistance

Professional, respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff

Ability to follow care plans and maintain client safety at all times
