Schedule: Morning — Weekends — Part‑Time (Backup caregiver role)

Companionship and engagement

Support with weekend routines

Flexibility to step in as needed

MUST HAVE FOR EMPLOYMENT:

To ensure safety, reliability, and high‑quality care, all applicants must meet the following employment requirements:

Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license

Proof of active auto insurance

Reliable, personally‑owned vehicle

Must currently reside in Pennsylvania

Minimum age of 18

Ability to pass all required background checks

Consistent attendance and punctuality

Ability to safely perform hands‑on personal care and mobility assistance

Professional, respectful communication with clients, families, and office staff

Ability to follow care plans and maintain client safety at all times
