    Key Responsibilities:

    • Determine quality standards and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
    • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure flawless production.
    • Collaborate with diverse teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
    • Conduct thorough product testing and analysis to identify any potential defects.
    • Lead quality improvement initiatives and drive a culture of continuous improvement.
    • Perform root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and develop corrective actions.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Engineering or a related field is required.

    Experience:

    • 2 years of related experience.
    • Proven experience in quality engineering, preferably in the medical device industry.
    • Strong knowledge of quality control standards and regulations.
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent ability to communicate and collaborate with individuals from different departments and backgrounds.
    • Demonstrates a strong drive for success, consistently delivering high-quality products.

    Other:

    • Occasional travel is required.
