    EDUCATION: GED or high school diploma preferred. Vocational training or manufacturing experience desirable. Experience working with persons with IDD preferred. JOB COMPETENCIES: Coaches persons served to improve their productivity and their work habits. Adapts daily to client preference and choice, business and industry needs and client goals and objectives. Assists with smooth transition of clients into competitive employment utilizing life skills/ job readiness training. Serves as PCSP team member. Records daily client productivity, tracks attendance, writes case notes and orders supplies as needed. Maintains ISO Compliance/certification. Maintains CARF Compliance.

    JOB PROFICIENCIES: Customer Service - including effectively communicating and assisting staff, students in person or on the phone, Clerical – including data entry and Microsoft Office, Planning and Organization, Ethics, Credibility and Trust – able to maintain privacy of students, Judgment and Problem Solving, Cooperation, Initiative, Quality, Teamwork, Accuracy, Adaptability, Dependability, Clerical, Safety and Security.

    JOB COMPETENCIES: Pass certification and proctor assessments. Maintain records and files as required.

    1. Attendance and punctuality.
    2. Quality and quantity of work performed.
    3. Attitude and overall effectiveness of working relations with all stakeholders.
    4. The manner in which duties and responsibilities, essential functions and job competencies are performed.

    6. Ability to effectively deal and educate the public and persons inquiring about our services.
    7. Ability to accurately complete and maintain clarity in documentation, reports, and summaries in a timely manner.

    11. Eligibility documentation and enrollment.
