POSITION SUMMARY Radiology Partners requires a versatile and detail-oriented Benefits Coordinator. The Benefits Coordinator will take an active role in the operational functions of our medical, dental, vision, life, flexible spending, and retirement benefit programs. POSITION DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES * Coordinates the administration of employee benefit programs across the Practice * Responds and advises on teammate inquiries pertaining to eligibility and coverage; provides clear explanations and interpretations of plans * Coordinates the open enrollment process and communication campaign * Enters data into benefits enrollment system (i.e., new hire information, terminations, and life event changes, etc.), and assists with periodic audits to ensure data integrity * Performs monthly reconciliation of benefits invoices and billing; reports and tracks adjustments as necessary * Acts as a liaison between teammate and third party providers to resolve any benefit issues * Prepares, coordinates, and distributes teammate benefit communication * Researches and analyzes data to provide information on Radiology Partners benefit programs and utilization DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE * High school diploma required, Bachelors degree preferred * 2+ years of benefits administration experience * Functional knowledge of HR processes and procedures * Detail-oriented, highly motivated, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously * Effective verbal and written communication skills Job Type: Full-time 17 hours ago - save job Apply Now Apply Now Save this job
