    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Opening and Sorting Mail
    • Reviewing client documents
    • Data Entry of key fields from incoming documents
    • Working with supervisor and other departments to research/resolve problems
    • Maintain accurate documentation and meet time service goals
    • Assist in other areas of need
    • Reaching out to providers
    • Ability to report to the office

  • Qualifications

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • High School Diploma / GED (or higher)
    • Experience using a computer and Microsoft Office including Microsoft Word (create correspondence and work within templates), Microsoft Excel (data entry, sort / filter, and work within tables), and Microsoft Outlook (email and calendar management)
    • Ability to type 35-40 WPM
    • Data Entry experience
    • Ability to work any 8 hr shift between the hours of operations Monday - Friday 6:30 am to 5:30 pm

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in any clerical environment (office, administration, etc.)
    • Healthcare environment

    SOFT SKILLS:

    • Effective organizational and prioritization skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to function as a positive team member as well as independently
    • Ability to work in a fast paced multi - tasking environment
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
