    Regional Director of Residential Services Internal Only

    Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as the Regional Director of Residential Services for our Developmental and Cognitive Services Division!

    The Regional Director of Residential Services is responsible for the overall leadership, management, and performance of the Southern Region of residential and support programs, encompassing multiple program clusters. This role ensures that services are delivered in alignment with the mission of Riverside Community Care and in full compliance with Department of Developmental Services (DDS) Survey & Certification standards, DDS regulations, and all applicable state guidelines and internal Riverside policies and procedures. The Regional Director provides strategic oversight, operational leadership, and support to ensure program quality, staff development, regulatory readiness, and a values-driven culture across the region.

    • Responsible for hiring, supervising and managing Program Directors and other levels of staffing
    • Develops annual budget with Vice President. Monitors revenue and expenses to ensure spending is within budget limits
    • Ensures that the Program Directors are creating a culture of active treatment, and person-centered planning
    • Ensures education in relevant areas for individuals, families and to significant other involved persons
    • Regional Director of Residential Services is responsible for promoting a workplace that protects the health and safety of individuals, staff and visitors

    Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (40 hours)

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, Master's degree preferred
    • At least six years related experience including at least four years in a supervisory and management capacity required
