MACHINES OR EQUIPMENT OPERATED: Institutional kitchen and cleaning equipment. JOB REQUIREMENTS: EDUCATION: Ability to read, write and follow instructions. High school or GED equivalence. EXPERIENCE: Two (2) years of experience in institutional cooking. LICENSE/CERTIFICATION: Vocational certificate in food preparation preferred.
