Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare operations, preferably in dermatology or outpatient specialty care.
- Proven experience in revenue cycle management, staff development, and performance improvement.
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent analytical and strategic problem-solving abilities.
- Financial acumen with ability to interpret and act on operational data.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in PMS/EMR systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- May require occasional evening or weekend work to support practice needs or attend leadership meetings.
- Work schedule will be determined in coordination with the Regional VP Operations and are subject to change based on business needs and managerial discretion
