    Rate of Pay: $123,656 - $128,000/year

    Job Duties: Work directly with customers, developers, architects, and product owners to automate customer issues and drive solutions, enhancing the reliability of Commercial Application solutions. Engage in and enhance our Commercial End-to-End IT Products, including design, deployment, operation, and continuous improvement. Work to keep revenue and reputation-critical systems up and running by measuring and monitoring availability, performance and overall system health. Conduct pre-production validation to ensure smooth system launches, including system design consulting, software platform development, capacity planning, and Production Readiness reviews. Develop, troubleshoot, extend, and scale code to maintain operational efficiency and reliability, leveraging automation for improved performance and productivity. Collaborate with global technologists to build global and regional services, fostering relationships with talented individuals worldwide who are passionate about technology.

    Requirements: Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Data science, Project management, or related field and 1 year of experience in the job offered or in a Reliability Engineer-related occupation.
