    We have an exciting opportunity for you to join Riverside Community Care as a Shared Living Coordinator for the North Shore Area!

    The Shared Living Coordinator ensures the delivery of high quality, compassionate, and cost-effective services of our Shared Living Program. The Coordinator is responsible for leading and directing Shared Living Providers to provide a high quality of life for individuals living in Shared Living homes.

    This position is based in Wakefield but does require some travelling in the north shore area.

    Schedule: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm (40 hours)

    Pay Rate: $22.00

    Required Skills

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required
    • Demonstrated ability to organize, delegate, and motivate others as well as to promote cohesiveness in a team required
    • Valid Massachusetts driver's license and regular access to available, dependable transportation required

    Required Experience

    • Bachelor's Degree in related field preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required
    • Three years related experience required
