NEEC is one of 5 Regional Employment Collaborative unique to MA and our goal is to identify employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities and to assist employers with ensuring their candidate pool includes individuals with disabilities We are looking for an individual to help us complete several projects pertaining to employment opportunities research, administrative support, and data site management of a cloud based platform. This is a great position for those looking to get their first internship or office experience in a large behavioral health and human services organization. The intern will work remotely and will have flexible, part-time hours. Tasks include: * Identify and enter employment opportunities into cloud based database * Research companies for employment opportunities, application process, and who to contact * Conduct outreach to employers via phone and email * Assist with administrative task as two Regional Employment Collaboratives merge into one; update records in Excel, create Company Overviews in Word using template, and other tasks * Attend meetings that may include Job Fairs, Job Developers Meetings (JDN), Steering Committee Meetings, etc. * Research and learn Video Conference system and train other to use it * Research and make a recommendation on the use of Podcasts on the cloud based platform * Assist 2 Employment Liaisons in planning and holding an event to relaunch NEEC Required Skills Required Skills: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in the English language) required * Self-motivated to work in a virtual environment * Basic computer skills; knowledge of creating podcasts and solid knowledge of using a video conference system a plus Required Experience * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program Riverside Community Care is dedicated to the goal of building a culturally diverse and inclusive organization committed to working in a multicultural environment and strongly encourages applications from minorities.
