    Exciting opportunity to join Riverside Community Care as Early Head Start's ERSEA & Governance Coordinator!

    As an entry level Outreach & Recruitment and Parent Leadership position, the ERSEA & Governance Coordinator will oversee the implementation of the Eligibility, Recruitment, Selection, Enrollment and Attendance (ERSEA) component.

    The ERSEA & Governance Coordinator will:

    • ensure appropriate recruitment, retention, and representation of service area community populations through direct in-home program intakes, active participation within community coalition networks and attendance of established meetings
    • educate the community at large on the Riverside Early Head Start (REHS) Program priorities, objectives, and long-term goals through program marketing and summary material development and distribution
    • attend relevant community meetings, fairs, engagement events, and advocacy sessions

    Schedule: Full Time Monday through Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. with occasional evenings and weekends

    Required Skills

    • Multi-lingual applicants preferred
    • Demonstrated strong facilitating and community organization abilities
    • Valid Massachusetts driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle

    Required Experience

    • Associate's degree, or equivalent, in human services or related field required
    • Experience working with data management systems
    • Experience with families with very young children and prenatal women preferred
    • Experience with immigrant population and low-income families preferred
