    The Somerville Outpatient Center has approximately 40 employees and serves close to 1000 children, adolescents and adults. We provide individual, couples, family and group therapy within a highly collegial and multidisciplinary environment. Services are provided using a hybrid model in person and via telehealth.

    We are seeking a full-time, independently licensed clinical supervisor to join our leadership team to support our program’s growth. This role has supervisory and administrative responsibilities, while managing a clinical caseload. Our supervisors work closely with the program and assistant program directors to ensure the quality of work (clinical and documentation), assist with urgent situations as their arise, support staff in meeting productivity targets, and execute new initiatives. Clinical supervisors are eligible to receive additional compensation under a productivity bonus plan for client hours billed.

    Salary: $32.18/hr. - $34.66/hr. depending on experience.

    Required Skills

    Required Experience

    • Master’s degree in social work, psychology or counseling
    • Independent licensure required; LICSW preferred
    • Minimum of four years of clinical experience (or three years post-LMHC) with children, adolescents and/or adults with significant emotional and behavioral challenges
    • Experience providing clinical supervision
    • Experience working with co-occurring disorders preferred, but not required
