**Emergency Services Clinician - Southbridge

Join our Behavioral Health Services Division at Riverside Community Care!
Join our growing Emergency Services team working in a fast-paced environment to develop and sharpen your clinical skills--evaluating a broad range of individuals of varying ages, backgrounds and clinical presentations.
Participates in the daily operation of Emergency Services (ES), including telephone triage, crisis intervention (including evaluation, stabilization, referral and follow-up) on-site, in the community and in emergency departments as well as provides ongoing support and evaluation of Community Crisis Stabilization Unit consumers and acts as liaison with community providers for continuity of care
Orientation to Emergency Services is provided, with particular attention to diagnosis, safety assessment and awareness of resources with a focus on diversionary services.
Clinical supervision is available as well as collaboration with licensed senior clinicians. Riverside offers an outstanding staff training program including free CEUs/CEs.
Schedule: Flexible 10 and 12 hours shifts available; great work-life balance opportunity to work a 3- or 4-day workweek
