JOB DESCRIPTION:
· Build talent strategy and keep things moving: to bring on dozens of people at scale when we need them. You understand the business of recruiting, from budgets to target setting, and can mold it to our needs.
· Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; maintaining a safe, secure, and legal work environment; developing personal growth opportunities.
· The engagement of clients via phone, face to face meetings, networking events and referrals
· Update current and design new recruiting procedures (e.g. job application and onboarding processes)
· Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS)
· Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)
· Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
· Agreement of compliant and profitable terms of business with new or repeat clients
· Sourcing, logging and assisting in the execution of Cross-sold jobs within the relevant sector
· Screening and evaluating candidates against specific IT requirement
Required Skills
REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Proven work experience as a Recruiting Manager, Recruitment Consultant or Recruiting Coordinator
· Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases
· Knowledge of labor legislation
· Expert level experience in Recruiting Citizens, Green Cards, EAD's, H1B & TN Visa Holders on all the tax terms (W2, 1099 & Corp to Corp
· Experience in using recruiting portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn
· Good Understanding of US Recruitment Tax terms (W2, Corp to Corp and 1099)
· Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation
