    Actelion Pharmaceuticals US, a member of Johnson & Johnson’s Family of Companies, is recruiting a Summer Intern. The role of the Summer Intern in the Medical Communications department is to learn and provide support regarding functions which promote objectives cross-functionally within the Medical Department.

     

    The Summer Intern will develop experience in a dynamic pharmaceutical environment, addressing clinical and scientific issues regarding Actelion products across various Medical Department functions, including:

     

    • Medical Communications (including Medical Information, Publications, Biostatistics)
    • Medical Affairs
    • Health Economics Outcomes Research
    • Regulatory Affairs
    • Clinical Operations

    This internship requires a combination of analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.  The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

    REQUIREMENTS  

    • Currently enrolled in PharmD program or equivalent with a strong academic record
    • Exceptional interpersonal skills
    • Excellent oral and written communication and analytical skills
    • Advanced computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, databases)
    • Highly self-motivated, team player
