The candidate must have strong attention-to-detail, accuracy, and problem-solving. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and is comfortable working with contracts, purchase orders, and invoices. Responsibilities * Updating business critical customer information in databases, such as Salesforce, SpringCM, and Learndot. * Creating reports in online systems and Excel. * Ensuring accuracy by adhering to established processes. * Maintaining and enhancing data integrity through effective communication and problem-solving. Requirements * Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft Outlook. * Experience with Salesforce or similar database tools. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Highly organized and able to prioritize and process a number of tasks concurrently. * Eagerness to learn and develop new skills. * Self-motivated, strong work ethic. * Initiative to take ownership of issues and drive to resolution.
