All units are limited to availability during the year. Our units that are open to hiring new graduate include General Surgical, Ortho/Joint, Ortho/Med Surg, Medical Oncology, Neuro ICU Stepdown, Telemetry, PACU, Main OR Circulator, Main OR Pre/Post, Day Surgery Circulator, Day Surgery Pre/Post, L&D/PP, NICU, OB, Float Pool, CMU, CVICU Stepdown, Critical Care/ICU, and Emergency.Start dates are dependent upon date of graduation and licensure. Most of our Med/Surg units will allow you to start on a Temporary RN License.We provide a robust orientation, with approximately six to eight weeks of nursing unit orientation. Specialty unit orientation is longer.The first five weeks of orientation will primarily be day shift, while the remaining orientation will be on night shiftNot interested in nights? No problem! Many inpatient units and clinic locations are also accepting new graduates for day shifts.Act fast - as Saint Alphonsus is currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus to new RNs in our Boise and Nampa Hospitals!Application Instructions:If you are within 6 months of graduating, please complete this online application as soon as possible.
