Job Summary
As a Bartender at Drybar, you will be responsible for leading client experiences, managing shop flow, and ensuring outstanding service delivery. You will also uphold the highest level of integrity when handling client payments and maintain a supportive and engaging atmosphere within the shop. Your contribution to maintaining shop cleanliness and attending to client needs will be essential to the overall success of our team and the shop.

· Experience in providing high-quality customer service and the ability to engage clients in an entertaining and welcoming manner.

· Must be willing to work some evenings and weekends at any Drybar South Jersey location.
Primary Job Duties
· Client Experience and Shop Flow: Lead the client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring that Drybar standards are consistently upheld and that clients are well-informed and entertained.
· Administrative and Operational Support: Manage client bookings and profiles in the booking system, troubleshoot issues as they arise, and elevate scheduling concerns when necessary.
· Client Engagement and Service: Serve complimentary beverages, maintain a bar-like atmosphere by engaging with clients and team members, and offer exceptional customer service throughout the client's experience at the shop.
· Team Collaboration and Communication: Maintain clear communication with shop management about overall shop operations, uphold Drybar's 10 Core Values, and contribute to a positive shop atmosphere.
· Training and Engagement: Thoroughly educate new Bartenders on essential technical tasks and the Bartender Non-Negotiables to ensure a consistent and welcoming experience for all clients.

· Ensuring client satisfaction during check-out interactions and following up on any concerns
· Creating a lasting impression through a positive and personalized client experience
The Handoff:
Participating in a shift-change handoff with your fellow Bartender involves:
· Reviewing the bookings and providing detailed information about clients to the next Bartender
· Sharing an overview of the day, including any schedule changes or shop timeline updates
· Ensuring that all appointments from your shift are closed out or marked as "no show" before departing
· Checking the expected cash in the booking system to reconcile transactions and tips
