    Job Description

    The IT SUPPORT ANALYST approaches his/her tasks in a team-based care fashion that supports patients and their families in a self-management, self-efficacy, and behavior change.  Adheres to the spirit of the Salud mission statement while performing assigned duties. 

    Provides direct support to the customer by going onsite to all Salud locations and to off-site pop-up clinics to resolve routine and advanced hardware, software, application, telephone, audiovisual, and network issues. 

    Supervision Received: 

    Vice President of Information Technology 

     STARTING WAGE - $24.82 - $28.55 PER HR

     Work Schedule

    •         MON TO FRI - 8 AM TO 5 PM - SOME WEEKENDS

    IF YOU ARE SCHEDULED TO WORK AT LEAST 30 HOURS PER WEEK, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR BENEFITS ON THE FIRST DAY OF THE MONTH FOLLOWING 30 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.

    Specific Duties: 

    • Is dispatched to all Salud locations and to off-site pop-up clinics to resolve IT problems, records customer information, and may escalate appropriately to another IT resource. 

    • Present a positive, supportive, and team-player attitude towards the Salud Information Technologies department and at all times to the customer. 

    • Ability to work with Salud employees, volunteers, and to interact with vendors and Salud affiliates on behalf of the customer to resolve issues. 

    • Responsible for the timely update, prioritization, resolution, and closure of all open customer tickets that may or may not be specifically assigned to the technician.  

    • Able to resolve advanced desktop and tier 1 networking issues.  

    • Assists in the development and documentation of department standards as directed. 

    • Participates in department-based activities and initiatives to improve and ensure a safe environment. 

    • Participates in performance improvement activities; quality improvement and patient safety activities.  

    • Responsible for the upkeep of all IT asset management tasks. 

    • Responsible for setting up new employees in IT and orienting them to the system.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION: 

    Requires an associate’s degree and/or certification in a related technical area.  Experience in the healthcare industry may be a substitute for the required education. 

    EXPERIENCE: 

    5+ years of experience working with practice management systems, including eClinicalWorks, HIPAA knowledge, AD domain networks, and enterprise IT systems preferred.  

    LICENSURE:  

    Valid Colorado Driver’s License
