Join our Trauma and Stroke Step Down Unit which has 20 beds (12 PCU and 8 Medical Surgical). This fast-paced, busy unit sees patients who come directly from the Trauma ER or ICU. There is CNA bedside support with a nurse to patient ratio of 3:1 for Step Down and 4:1 for Medical Surgical. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment and is open and flexible to changes created by our lean processes.
