Care Center Receptionist: Posting #20996

POSITION SUMMARY:

Full-time day-time (7:45 am to 4:45 pm) Receptionist position available for our Skilled Nursing Facility in Seattle. Answers all incoming calls and routes all mail to the appropriate departments. Utilizes excellent customer service principles, greets all individuals who come into the facility, completes other job duties in the facility, and provides secretarial support to facility Administrator.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

• HS Graduate or GED required with prior clerical training preferred.
• Customer service and reception experience preferred.
• Must have excellent communication skills and be knowledgeable in utilizing computer programs such as Word, and Excel.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is preferred not required.
