Responsibilities Administrator-in-Training opportunities at hospitals within nationwide hospital company. Program provides hands-on hospital operations experience with focused training in clinical services, case management, medical staff relations, financial management, marketing, regulatory compliance and human resources management. Select Specialty Hospitals specialize in treating medically complex and critically ill patients and offer a range of programs including heart failure, pulmonary/ventilator weaning, medically complex brain injury, infectious disease, renal, bariatric and wound care. Qualifications Qualified candidates will have 3 to 5 years management experience in acute care or specialty hospital operations. The ideal candidate will also have a strong commitment to authentic leadership, outstanding customer service and continuing program development in a dynamic and highly competitive healthcare market. Requires MHA or equivalent Master's degree and ability to relocate for CEO post upon successful completion of training.
