Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
We are seeking a high-performing Senior Analyst to join our global transformation program. This role operates at the intersection of change leadership, data governance, and business process integration. Embedded within a data-intensive functional area, the analyst will lead change impact assessments, drive adoption strategies, and enable the successful integration of foundational data across business domains. This is a high-visibility role requiring strong analytical acumen, stakeholder engagement, and a deep understanding of enterprise data dynamics.
The analyst will lead the identification of adoption barriers and shape mitigation strategies, ensuring seamless integration of data and business processes. Through close collaboration with stakeholders, they will leverage change impact assessments and readiness plans to drive effective adoption and sustained business value.
They will use their knowledge of master data governance and data analytics to craft tools and capabilities that track change impacts and value realization throughout our change and adoption frameworks. Their contributions will improve transparency and insights, ensuring a smooth transition during our E2E business transformation.
Operating within a designated functional area, this role partners across teams to drive effective change management across key domains including Finance, Plan/Source, VCM, Make, Deliver, and Data. The individual plays a critical role within the Master Data pillar , ensuring that change impacts related to data governance, quality, and adoption are accurately assessed and addressed.
They are accountable for developing change impact assessments and summaries, with a strong understanding of end-to-end business processes and Master Data dependencies. Working closely with peers in business adoption, training, and communications, they identify adoption barriers, monitor progress against change targets, and support the successful integration of Master Data into business operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Change Impact Analysis & Continuous Improvement
Lead the design and validation of change impact assessments, personas, user journeys, and pain point analyses, with a specific focus on Master Data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor, material).
Drive alignment between business objectives and data transformation outcomes.
Define and track KPIs related to Master Data adoption, data quality, and business process integration, ensuring alignment with enterprise data governance standards.
Translate complex data dependencies into actionable change strategies
Develop and communicate a compelling change narrative that positions Master Data as a strategic enabler across functions, capabilities, and end-to-end business processes.
Identify training needs and drive capability building across the organization to embed Master Data literacy, ownership, and stewardship.
Co-design and implement change and adoption frameworks that integrate Master Data lifecycle management, governance, and business readiness.
Evaluate the effectiveness of Master Data-related change initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of best practices in SAP Master Data management, change leadership, and digital transformation to inform strategy and execution.
Tool Development and Enhancement
Lead the development and enhancement of tools and methodologies to assess Master Data change impacts and measure value realization across business units.
Oversee the creation of dashboards and reporting mechanisms (e.g., Power BI) to visualize Master Data adoption metrics, data quality trends, and business impact.
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate cross-functional workshops and stakeholder engagements to gather insights, align on Master Data priorities, and drive adoption across business and technical teams.
Act as a strategic partner to business and IT stakeholders, ensuring Master Data considerations are embedded in transformation initiatives and operational decision-making.
Serve as a thought partner to senior stakeholders on data adoption and readiness
Qualifications:
Education:
Minimum of High School or equivalent diploma/degree is required; Bachelor’s / University or equivalent degree is preferred
Certifications in Project Management and/or Process Management such as PMP / FPX and/or Lean Six Sigma is an advantage
Experience and Skills:
Required:
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in business analysis, data management, or transformation roles, with demonstrated impact in data-centric environments.
Deep analytical expertise working with complex, structured data sets across enterprise domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor, material), with a proven ability to interpret data within end-to-end business processes and drive actionable insights.
System experience (e.g., SAP MDG, Informatica, Collibra)
Strong understanding of data governance principles , data quality frameworks, and the role of foundational data in enabling business performance and compliance.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables, formulas, and data modeling); experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively across functions and levels in a dynamic, matrixed environment.
Demonstrated adaptability, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset in navigating complex change and transformation initiatives.
Experience leading data-related change initiatives in global, matrixed organizations
Demonstrated success in driving adoption of enterprise data standards and governance frameworks
Preferred:
Proven experience in business analysis with a strong focus on Master Data domains (e.g., customer, product, vendor, material), ideally within supply chain, finance, or data-intensive environments.
Proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Smartsheet, with the ability to translate Master Data insights into actionable business intelligence.
Background in Life Sciences, Pharmaceuticals, or related regulated industries, with an understanding of data governance and compliance requirements
Other:
May require up to 30% domestic and international travel
Requires the ability, through our flexible work policy, to work on-site a minimum of three days each week, with the option for two remote workdays each week

91,000- 147,200.00
