    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc., a member of Johnson & Johnson's Family of Companies, is recruiting for a Senior Analyst, Contract Validation & Analytics (CVA) to support our Enterprise Contract Solutions! The location for this position is in Raritan, New Jersey.

    As a CVA Analyst, within the U.S. ECM organization, you will support the contract validation and data integrity processes to ensure the efficient and compliant management of our Managed Markets contracts. This role will serve as a subject matter authority and perform the validation process for Customers’ data submissions, ensuring submission is accurate and complete to verify adherence to contractual terms and conditions. The Analyst is responsible for working with external customers and internal business partners in the resolution of day to day operations or process exceptions and implement projects focused on improving the contract and data validation processes. This role is responsible for collaborating with business partners and customers to improve the data scrubbing process with the Rebate Operations team. The Analyst will also synthesize and manage complex data feeds.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Ensure all data validations processed by the team are accurate and timely according to the contractual obligations, Corporate Internal Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, and JJHCS standards.
    • Follow account-specific processes to run and validate data submissions for payments.
    • Data mine and provide analytics to educate business partners on validity of customer’s submissions.
    • Process Medicaid along with other state and federal contract claims as well as recovery for commercial claims.
    • Participate in inter-company process improvement initiatives, compliance management and reviews, process integration initiatives, relationships with Operating Company partners and external customers.
    • Implement contract administration strategies with focus on the long-term vision of the US Region Contracting Model and capabilities of systems.
    • Provide critical input to business units ensuring the effective translation of business strategies into compliant contract administration.
    • Influence contract administration practices.
    • Report on process metrics and benchmarking to drive business results and demonstrate solid understanding and working knowledge of all IT systems and tools used to resolve compliance.
    • Complete projects and tasks as requested by management.

    Qualifications:

    Education:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s degree required; MBA, CPA, or advanced degree or certification preferred

    Skills & Experience:

    Required:

    • Minimum four (4) years of relevant experience
    • Experience with data analytics, including analysis, scrubbing, and/or interpretation
    • Proficiency with MS Excel VLOOKUPS and Pivot Tables
    • Ability to handle conflicting priorities, due dates, and results
    • Experience communicating work product and/or business results to leadership level
    • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong, positive relationships and collaborate with internal and external partners

    Preferred:

    • Proficiency with data mapping and/or data mining tools and systems
    • Working experience with business analytics, finance analytics, legal analytics, or contract analytics
    • Experience implementing and monitoring internal controls and/or business processes
    • Knowledge of the healthcare contracting process
    • Solid understanding or experience with industry contracting systems (e.g., Model N/Revitas) or with business tools (e.g., SQL)
    • Proficiency in creating data visualization and detecting irregularities in trends
    • Experience with prescription-level pharmaceutical claims data
    • Pharmaceutical industry/sector work experience

    Other:

    • Requires up to 10% domestic travel

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $77,000- $124,200
