    What You'll Do

    As a Senior Clinic Manager - Physical Therapist at CORA, you’ll:

    • Monitor financial performance vs. budgets and standards to assure results are attained within the sub-region.
    • Train Clinic Managers on CORA policies and procedures, operations, and marketing.
    • Act as a leader and mentor Clinic Managers.
    • Participate in marketing CORA to new regional clients/resources.
    • Maintain contact with key major referral groups.
    • Monitor customer service – questionnaires/reports to ensure high quality clinic product.
    • Conduct one on one meetings with Clinic Managers weekly.


    What You’ll Need

    • Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
    • Licensed or license eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT).
    • 3+ years of clinical experience
    • A passion to learn, grow, and make an impact.
    • 3+ years of experience leading clinical teams.
    • Strong executive presence and ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
    • Ability to introduce and effect change in a fair, but firm and trustworthy manner.
    • Ability to manage multi-facility operations with an emphasis on teaching Clinic Managers and Senior Clinic Managers how to positively impact the metrics and propose innovative solutions to key challenges.
    • Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationship with staff, patients, referral sources, and all other CORA personnel.
