Senior Clinical Supervisor - PACT

Join our PACT (Program for Assertive Community Treatment) team as the Senior Clinical Supervisor and help transform lives through a highly effective, evidence-based model of care.
PACT provides flexible, person-centered, 24/7 services -including clinical treatment, rehabilitation, housing, employment support, wellness services, and peer engagement to individuals referred by DMH or MBHP. As our Senior Clinical Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in supporting program leadership, fostering a strong team culture, and ensuring exceptional care for the individuals we serve.

Required Skills
Required Experience
Masters degree and independently licensure in a related clinical discipline required.
A minimum of three years in post Masters practice in community-based mental health programs with adults with adults.
A minimum of one year supervisory and management capacity required.
Must be able to work in excess of 40 hours per week, provide 24-hour on-call coverage on rotation, and to respond to emergency calls as necessary.
Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle required.
