    Senior Family Intensive Treatment Clinician

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Family Intensive Treatment Clinician to join our growing children's mental health program at CSA in Needham!

    The Senior Family Intensive Treatment Clinician is a dual role within Riverside’s Community Service Agency (CSA) Family Intensive Treatment (FIT) program that blends direct clinical service delivery with supervision, leadership, and program support.

    This vital role provides trauma-informed, culturally responsive, strength-based therapeutic services to youth and families in their homes and communities. At the same time, the role offers supervision, mentorship, and oversight to team members to ensure fidelity to Wraparound principles, high-quality service delivery, and program compliance.

    The Senior Family Intensive Treatment Clinician will also provide individual and/or dyad clinical supervision to clinicians, interns, and BA-level staff based on credentials, review and monitor documentation for quality, cultural responsiveness, and compliance and offer real-time consultation and back-up support during clinical crises

    Salary:

    • $34.60/hour ($71,968.00/year) for unlicensed/LCSW clinicians
    • $37.23/hour ($77,438.40/year) for independently licensed clinicians (LICSW/LMHC/LMFT)

    Schedule: Full Time 40 hours; requires ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings/weekends, to meet family needs

    Required Skills

    • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and written/verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
    • Valid driver’s license and regular access to a reliable vehicle

    Required Experience

    • Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or mental health discipline
    • Independent licensure preferred
    • Minimum of one year of experience working with youth with serious emotional disturbances and their families
    • Experience working with culturally and linguistically diverse populations strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced, community-based setting
