    The Electrophysiology and Neurovascular team, part of the MedTech sector within Johnson & Johnson, is recruiting for a Senior Financial Analyst - Global FP &A Electrophysiology and Neurovascular, located in Irvine, CA and may need up to travel up to 10% (domestic/international).

    The Senior Financial Analyst - Global FP&A Electrophysiology and Neurovascular **** will be responsible for the development and delivery of Global business performance reporting and analysis. This includes leading forecast cycles, quarter closes and pipeline valuation while driving operational improvements and standardization.

    Responsibilities & Scope

    • Prepare and present financial results to leadership, using executive-level framing to shape the key messages.
    • Consolidate, challenge, and present Actual and Plan financial analysis with the ability to communicate business drivers and insights.
    • Collaborate with the regions to gather timely and insightful commentary
    • Assist Sr. Manager with quarterly Investor Relations package for external reporting
    • Lead pipeline valuation cycles
    • Drive key Global Franchise initiatives such as Gross Profit & Price analytics
    • Spearhead consolidation efforts for GSM expenses and Royalties during forecast updates, latest thinking, and actuals reporting
    • Perform special projects to improve process efficiency and performance
    • Support SignFi program for the EP & Neuro deployment

    Qualifications

    Required:

    • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
    • A minimum of three (3) years of finance/accounting or related business experience
    • Candidate must possess excellent analytical (MS Excel, Power BI, etc.), conceptual, communication, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
    • Effective communication, framing, presentation skills, and influencing skills
    • Individual must work well in a dynamic environment and be able to recommend and implement operational improvements, work independently, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • The ability to effectively take on leadership roles and partner with associates at all levels of an organization in various functions.

    Preferred

    • A CPA, CMA, MBA and/or other financial certification(s)
    • Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or consumer products industries.

    Other:

    • This role is located in Irvine, CA and may require up to 10% travel.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $77,000- $124,200

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
