    Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. (Strategic Customer Group-SCG) is recruiting for a Senior Manager, Trade Channel Strategy, to be based in the Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA office location.

    Johnson & Johnson Health Care Systems Inc. provides account management and customer support services to key health care customers, including hospital systems and group purchasing organizations, leading health plans, pharmacy benefit managers, and government health care institutions. The company also provides contract management, logistics and supply chain functions for the major Johnson & Johnson franchises.

    Role Overview:

    The Trade Channel Strategy – Sr Manager will support the Director in the development, design and execution of network delivery models and programs for launch and inline brands. This role will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure optimal product access for patients and enable patient adherence.

    Key responsibilities for this role will include, but are not limited to:

    • Partner with Brand, Pricing, Market Access Marketing, extended Trade and PECS teams on distribution and channel strategy recommendations, impact assessments, and operational planning, including the selection of distributors and other service providers, pharmacy or site-of-care networks, and all supportive pricing and service programs required to compliantly execute these models
    • Lead planning and execution of channel strategies for new products and line extensions and/or lead the re-evaluation of current designs for current in-line products.
    • Support all key leadership / governance reviews including (but not limited to) launch readiness reviews (LRR), Contract Pricing Committee (CPC) reviews, and Market Access Readiness Reviews (MARR)
    • Analyze market opportunities, monitor channel design implementation, and ensure KPI performance.
    • Guide project teams to ensure compliance and adherence to channel strategy processes.
    • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth, compliant execution of strategies.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders via presentations and data insights, influencing decision-making.
    • Manage complex information, prioritize resources, and adapt strategies to meet objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree required, MBA preferred.
    • Minimum of 5+ years of business-related experience required.
    • Pharmaceutical experience highly preferred.
    • Demonstrated project/capacity management skills preferred.
    • Business Insight and Planning: Understand J&J portfolios and services for stakeholder alignment.
    • Analytics and Insight: Use analytical approaches to develop insights for decision-making.
    • Contracting: Understand the contracting process and associated regulatory, legal, and compliance factors.
    • Healthcare Ecosystem Understanding: Assess implications and engage in adaptive strategic planning.
    • Consultative Stakeholder Management: Develop collaborative relationships to build support.
    • Executive Presence: Convey information clearly and mobilize stakeholders.
    • Change Leadership: Support continuous improvement and change initiatives.
    • Prioritization of Resources and Investment: Manage multiple complex projects and prioritize demands.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $207,000.

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. ·

      • Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year
      • Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year
      • Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year of Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
