    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Site Reliability Engineer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining high-performance, reliable, and secure software applications using C, C#, MATLAB, and Python programming. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of programming languages and their integration within complex systems. This role requires strong skills, the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, and hands-on experience in site reliability engineering.

    Essential Job Functions

    • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and optimize software applications using C, C#, MATLAB, and Python programming languages.
    • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and R&D technical team members to integrate technologies and solve complex problems.
    • Establish monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability of R&D applications.
    • Perform root cause analysis on system failures and implement corrective actions.
    • Stay current with emerging trends in software development and site reliability engineering.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degrees are preferred.
    • Proven experience as a Site Reliability Engineer with at least 5-8 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong proficiency in programming languages such as MatLab, Python, Bash, etc., and familiarity with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, etc.
    • Strong understanding of system architecture, infrastructure as code (IaC), containerization (e.g., Podman or Docker), and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
    • Experience with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure, including services like EC2, S3, IAM, etc.
    • Experience working in a highly regulated industry (e.g., healthcare, finance) is a plus.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the capacity for continuous learning and adaptation.
    • Demonstrated leadership qualities and experience mentoring team members is preferred.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

    $89,000-$142,000
