As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner supporting our Commercial team, you'll play a critical role in attracting the top talent needed to bring life changing technologies to patients worldwide. You'll partner closely with business leaders and HR partners to guide hiring strategy, source high-impact talent and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

What you'll do:

• Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and HR, providing talent market insights and recommendations.
• Build and manage pipelines for high-priority commercial roles in field sales, clinical, marketing and business strategy.
• Source and engage candidates from diverse backgrounds - especially in competitive, niche markets.
• Guide hiring managers through selection, decision making and offer stages with clarity and confidence.
• Champion inclusive hiring practices and support J&Js global DEI strategy.
• Use data and tools to drive efficiency, improve time-to-fill, and shape smart talent decisions.
• Stay plugged into the external market trends, competitors, and events in the MedTech space.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally in commercial or sales focused roles.
• Proven success in a fast-paced, matrixed or global environment.
• Strong communication, influence and consultative skills.
• Passion for innovation in recruiting - and for making healthcare better.
• Experience in using Workday, ATS tools, sourcing platforms and recruitment analytics preferred.
• Willing to travel up to 10%, as needed.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :

The base pay range for this position is $77,000 - $124,200. For California Bay area candidates, the base pay range for this position is $89,000 - $142,600.
