    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Senior Technical Product Analyst, Data & Insights based in Titusville, NJ.

    This individual will be responsible for driving the vision and roadmap of the HPT squad, delivering impactful products and platform features. This role balances business value with technical feasibility and is accountable for technical delivery and serving as a technical subject matter expert. Key responsibilities include prioritizing and translating requirements into user stories, planning squad resources, and ensuring alignment with customer needs. The Senior Analyst will collaborate with Product and Platform teams, uphold security and compliance standards, drive continuous improvement, and lead third-party engagements. The role also involves facilitating release and sprint planning, coordinating with other squads, tracking performance metrics, managing documentation, and ensuring clear communication among stakeholders. Active participation in squad ceremonies is essential to optimize value flow.

    Additionally, this individual will spearhead innovative data management solutions. This includes architecting and designing data pipelines, using genAI & agentic AI to automate, enhancing enterprise data acumen, and supporting the data catalog. The role requires expertise in data governance, data catalog concepts, databases, Python, PySpark, SQL and visualization tools (e.g PowerBI, tableau etc.) to create and support end-to-end solutions that transform data into actionable insights, driving operational efficiency and business growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Data Engineering and Analytics Ownership: Act as a technical analyst and subject matter expert for data pipelines and the data catalog, providing expertise to drive discussions on recommendations and solutions. Ensure high quality, efficacy, scalability, and compliance.

    • Data & Analytics Pipelines: Assist in designing, building, and maintaining systems to automate data flow from various sources to storage and processing destinations. This includes data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) to process large datasets efficiently for analytics, inference, and data science. Ensure data quality, reliability, efficiency, and compliance.

    • Data Catalog Management: Coordinate activities to support a central inventory of organizational data assets, acting as a librarian for data by organizing, documenting, and ensuring the discoverability, quality, and usability of metadata. Maintain the data catalog platform, document data lineage and definitions, collaborate with data stakeholders to enhance data governance and quality, and promote catalog adoption across the organization.

    • Define and communicate the Data & Insights roadmap and priorities with key partners, ensuring all stakeholders are clear on product roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines.

    • Collaborate closely with the Product/Platform Manager to establish the product's business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach as needed. Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

    • Partner with the Product Owner to maintain a deep understanding of business processes and requirements, ensuring the squad's backlog priorities align with business and group needs.

    • Identify and address risks and issues within programs, resolving them and supporting organizational change.

    • Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility into squad performance, and monitor sprint metrics and user results.

    • Apply compliance requirements within the scope of responsibility, ensuring SDLC documentation, system configuration, and compliance activities are up-to-date as required.

    • Partner with multiple cross-functional, self-organized teams, contributing to and supporting a positive team culture that fosters an authentic, open, and collaborative environment, thriving on diverse experiences and perspectives.

    Required Qualifications:

    • A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or Product Management.

    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to accurately analyze situations and make informed, productive decisions.

    • Emphasis on business agility and Agile delivery, with a focus on a fail-fast mindset and achieving measurable outcomes.

    • Foundational knowledge and techniques for identifying, engaging, and building empathy with customers, and the ability to apply these methods in daily work.

    • General knowledge of AWS tools.

    • Experience working with large databases, such as Redshift, Oracle, or MySQL.

    • Proficient in SQL for querying, handling, and manipulating large datasets.

    • Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with or knowledge of data catalog and governance concepts

    • Experience with Alation, Collibra or other data catalog platform

    • Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, Python, and PySpark

    • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.

    • Knowledge and understanding of standard practices, technologies, and supporting industry principles.

    • Experienced in managing a product backlog/release plan, tracking team level metrics, attending product team ceremonies, removing blockers (burndown chart, release burn up.

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is:

    $77,000 to $124,200

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
