    Job Description

    Performs a variety of administrative and clerical duties in support of The Office of Presidents and The Office of Data Analytics and Quality Enhancement. • Schedules and organizes complex activities such as meetings, travel, conferences, and department activities for all members of the department. • Performs desktop publishing, creating and developing visual presentations. • Establishes, develops, maintains and updates filing system. Retrieves information from files when needed. • Ensures complete and accurate data entry for the DAQE office. • Open and distribute mail, faxes, etc. for the DAQE Office; assist with preparation of large mailings and special projects. • Maintain files, forms and database information associated with Incident Reports, DPPC's, and other information as appropriate. • Ensures complete and accurate data entry for the DAQE Office of the Seven Hills Foundation. • Organizes and prioritizes large volumes of information and calls. • Sorts and distributes mail. Drafts written responses or replies by phone or email when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information. • Takes messages or fields/answers all routine and non-routine questions. • Act as a liaison with other departments and outside agencies, including staff such as CEO'S, Presidents, Senior Vice Presidents, Board and Trustee members and other managers. Handles confidential and non-routine information and explains policies when necessary. • Occasional evening responsibilities, such as assisting with coordination of events (i.e. board meetings) Qualifications: High School graduate with administrative/secretarial training. Minimum of three years experience in administrative field preferred; accurate data entry skills; proficiency in Microsoft applications; excellent telephone and organizational skills required.
