Manager Donor Relations - Advancement, Full-time
GENERAL SUMMARY
In alignment with SRAlab's Vision, and the strategic goals of SRAlab's Advancement Office, the Manager of Donor Relations is responsible for the organization of the Advancement Office process for recognizing and retaining donors, and assisting in the cultivation of new donor prospects.
The Manager of Donor Relations will consistently demonstrate support of the SRAlab statement of Vision, Mission and Core Values by striving for excellence, contributing to the team efforts and showing respect and compassion for patients and their families, fellow employees, and all others with whom there is contact at or in the interest of the institute.
The Manager of Donor Relations will demonstrate SRAlab Core Attributes: Communication, Accountability, Flexibility/Adaptability, Judgment/Problem Solving, Customer Service and SRAlab Values (Hope, Compassion, Discovery, Collaboration, & Commitment to Excellence) while fulfilling job duties.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
THE MANAGER OF DONOR RELATIONS WILL:
Manage a comprehensive stewardship and recognition program that is effectively integrated with all Advancement Office goals including Annual Giving and Capital Campaign.
Provide support for Corporate & Foundation Relations reporting and stewardship processes.
Oversee the donor gift acknowledgement process;
Perform other duties as assigned.
