    Horizon Health in Mission, SD is seeking a full-time Site Coordinator. The Site Coordinator will serve as a leader within the clinic setting to assist with the day-to-day items as directed by the Regional Manager. Successful candidates for the Site Coordinator should be passionate about providing high-quality, patient centered care.     Key Responsibilities:

    Facilitate implementation of change within the clinic while supporting the organizational message and keeping the staff motivated in an environment focused on building morale in a positive work environment.

    Be the leader for the medical and dental front office teams. Model the behaviors that represent our mission, vision, and values, holding ourselves accountable to them and our policies and procedures.

    Assist the Regional Manager with organizing functions within the clinic, including but not limited to, resolving staff scheduling, staff onboarding, staff training, community/clinic events, equipment maintenance.
