    We are searching for the best talent for Site Scheduler.

    Purpose : Contributes to the Production Planning and Scheduling team as an established and productive individual contributor, who works under moderate supervision. Helps implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall Production Planning and Scheduling strategy. Applies practical knowledge of the production planning field to administer best of class policies, procedures, and plans for the area.

    You will be responsible for:

    • Develop, maintain, and communicate the Master Production Schedule based on sales forecasts, customer orders, and inventory levels.
    • Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure production plans are feasible and resources are allocated efficiently.
    • Analyze demand forecasts, production capacities, and inventory to identify potential shortfalls or delays.
    • Adjust production schedules proactively to optimize efficiency and minimize excess inventory.
    • Has oversight of key production metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights.
    • Lead changes to the MPS and communicate updates to relevant departments.
    • Support the implementation of production planning strategies to improve efficiency and reduce lead times.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality requirements.

    Qualifications / Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is required.
    • 3-5 years in production planning, scheduling, or MPS management in a manufacturing environment is required.
    • Proficiency with ERP systems and production scheduling software is required.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills is required.
    • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills is required.
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment is required.
    • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
    • Knowledge of industry-specific standards (e.g., ISO, GMP) is preferred.
    • Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or equivalent is preferred.
