WHAT YOU NEED:

Soccer Shots Coaches must love children and soccer. They should have reliable transportation, a soccer background, preferably coaching or childhood education experience, and must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities:

Travel to each assigned location weekly

Arrive to each session 15 minutes prior to start time

Conduct high energy, creative and organized 30-45 minute sessions using the provided curriculum

Provide a safe and caring environment for every child

We are looking for people who are:

Caring: Very patient and understanding of kids, has true passion for children, soccer and upholding the goals and core values of Soccer Shots.

Organized: Arrives on time to each session, communicates well with Soccer Shots leadership and other coaching staff, completes administrative tasks to satisfaction

Responsible: Can handle a group of 10 or more children, maintains professionalism in appearance, friendly and courteous with school staff and as well as parents.

Enthusiastic: Must enjoy interacting with young children, and be able to connect with them on their level, being goofy, using your imagination, and watching kids smile.

Though we continue to grow, we are still a family business at heart-–we treat our employees like a team and the children we teach like our own. We train our coaches in leadership development, communication skills, early childhood education, and sports management.
