  • Responsibilities
    • Responsible for immunizing all Stamford Health employees, volunteers, medical staff against Influenza.
    • Start date of 10/4/2022
    • Multiple Locations including the Hospital and select offsite locations
    • 8 hour day shifts – 30-40 hours/week
    • Great Pay - $50.00/hr

     

    HOURLY RATE: $51.00/hr.

    Required Skills Required Experience

    RN with current CT license; BSN highly preferred.

    Minimum of 1 year recent RN experience preferred.

    Occupational Health experience highly preferred.

    Computer skills required, strong interpersonal skills, decision making, problem solving, IM injection medication administration, computer/IPad skills, and independent nursing skills required; must be able to walk with flu shot cart to various locations within our organization.

    Personal transportation necessary to travel to some off sites.

     

  • Qualifications
    • High level of initiative, self-direction, and accountability for actions required.
    • High PC literacy skills and demonstrated strong proficiency in Excel (to encompass complex formulas and Pivot Tables), Word, PowerPoint, and other systems outlined in DA Competency Review.
    • Strong technical, business process analysis and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to elicit, analyze, specify and validate the business needs of stakeholders
    • Create collaborative relationships with key stakeholders to encourage exchange of information, ideas or innovations
    • A focus on solutions and a willingness to dive into projects.
    • Ability to step up in a fast-paced environment where multi-tasking, prioritization & time management are daily exercises.
    • Comprehension of financial concepts/terminology.
    • Preserve confidentiality of data at all times.
    • Ability to use SQL Server Management Studio or equivalent tools to develop queries for obtaining information from SQL Server databases preferred.
    • Ability to use SSRS and other tools to create reports, visualizations and dashboards preferred.
