The Senior Analyst, Commercial Analytics will support the execution of analytics and reporting initiatives focused on monthly rebate/admin fee calculation and payments, contract compliance, sales incentive compensation, sales performance, and commercial operations. This role is responsible for compiling and analyzing sales and contract data to calculate rebates, support decision-making, drive compliance, and enhance field execution. The analyst will assist in contributing to the administration of sales compensation, account alignments, quotas, and territory planning processes.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR, Marketing, Legal, Contracts, and IT, this individual will play a key role in identifying trends, developing insights, and supporting operational excellence across the commercial organization. This position does not have direct reports and operates under the guidance of a team leader.

Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in Analytics, Commercial/Sales Operations, Finance, or related field is required — preferably within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
MUST have advanced proficiency in Excel (e.g., vlookups, pivot tables, sumifs).
Proficient in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense).
Strong critical thinking, data manipulation and problem-solving skills.
Excellent attention-to-detail.
Database management/maintenance preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Power Platform preferred.
Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality, accurate work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to present detailed data in a clear and concise manner.
Familiarity with sales compensation concepts and contracting processes is a plus.
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality regarding Sales incentive compensation.
Self-starter with a collaborative mentality and willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage complexity.
Ability to work both independently with minimal supervision and in a team environment.
Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments is strongly preferred.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77,000 - $124,200
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
