    About TranSCend:

    TranSCend is a global business transformation program designed to modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP system. This will serve as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains, simplifying the Innovative Medicines ERP landscape from 7 systems to 1. This program will standardize processes to create a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will support the IM business with agility and address end-of-life system risks.

    Key Responsibilities:

    As part of the Innovative Medicines TranSCend Program, you will:

    • Drive global standardization of ERP technology solutions within Pharma for Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, 3PL integrations, and external WMS integrations.
    • Collaborate closely with parallel programs within J&J.

    Requirements Definition:

    • Engage with Business Partners to define user stories.
    • Shape and prioritize the backlog, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
    • Balance business value with technical feasibility, optimizing cost, and improving delivery efficiency.
    • Act as the “voice of the customer” to ensure the squad builds the right solutions.
    • Maintain a healthy backlog, staying 2-3 sprints ahead with clear definitions of done.

    Solution Design:

    • Lead the translation of business requirements into technical solutions.
    • Enhance user experience by improving functional implementation.
    • Select solution options and drive the integration of software engineering elements.
    • Lead integration design based on business needs and best practices.

    Product Delivery:

    • Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and demos with stakeholders.
    • Manage the integrated build to ensure compliance and proper function.
    • Oversee technical testing and collaborate on User Acceptance Testing.
    • Ensure compliance with SDLC documentation, system configuration, and other activities.

    Operational Leadership:

    • Shape the squad vision and roadmap, steering towards impactful deliveries.
    • Coordinate with other squads and third parties to support squad objectives.
    • Plan squad resourcing, including onboarding new members.
    • Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.

    Qualifications

    Education:

    • Required: Bachelor’s degree.

    Experience and Skills:

    Required:

    • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience; minimum of 3-4 years of relevant SAP experience.

    Domain Expertise:

    • Solid understanding of Warehouse Management business processes and integration with other functions.
    • Good understanding of SAP-Warehouse Management technical capabilities.
    • Experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry and knowledge of SOX & GxP compliance regulations.
    • Familiarity with Agile methodology and solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model.

    Leadership Skills & Behaviors:

    • Focus on business agility, Agile delivery with a fail-fast mindset, and measurable outcomes.
    • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze situations accurately.
    • A constant learner looking for new ways to enhance customer satisfaction.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience with SAP Materials Management, Warehouse Management, S4HANA capabilities, SAP EWM, SAP ATTP, SAP BTP.
    • Knowledge of Innovative Medicines Sales and Clinical processes.
    • Experience in a global/regional setting and large-scale business transformation programs.
    • Experience managing a product backlog/release plan and tracking team metrics.
    • Familiarity with JIRA and X-RAY tools.
    • Pharma industry experience.

    Other:

    • Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%.
