Transcend is a Global Business Transformation Program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. This program will simplify the Pharmaceutical ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes to have a cost-effective, fit-for-purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the pharmaceutical business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.
We are searching for the best talent for our Sr. Analyst- Warehouse !
Sr. Analyst is responsible for serving as an integral team member on the Innovative Medicine Supply Chain (IMSC) –Distribution & Warehousing process team, dedicated to enabling, standardizing, and innovating core business process definitions to meet critical business needs. This will involve partnering with key stakeholder groups to gain a comprehensive understanding of existing business requirements, conducting benchmarking, fostering continuous improvement, and ensuring consistent process documentation through a standardized blueprinting process. During the Build and Execution Phases, the Sr. Analyst will support the Technical Team in Design issues/changes and participate in the execution of Testing, Procedures, Training, Master Data Migration requirements etc. During the deployment phase, the Sr. Analyst will support Organizational Change and Business Readiness activities to ensure flawless execution and minimal business interruption as well as providing Cutover and Hypercare support.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Logistics Distribution business process mapping creation/updating based on Global Template needs
Closely collaborate with business teams to map the upstream and downstream process steps in an integrated way.
Implement the deployment of the Roadmap for the design of Global Logistics Template.
Support quality compliance system validation and change control processes to ensure ongoing compliance state and good practices.
Support the Transcend Innovative Medicine ERP (TIME) process, drive global S/4 HANA core capability standardization, alignment, and adoption, ensuring alignment with TIME future state designed blueprint.
Support for all training and compliance documentation.
Responsible for executing strategy as defined by the Distribution Process Integration Sr. Analyst for:
Updating Process Flow Maps
Business User Story writing/executing in JIRA
Business process scenario writing
Acting as a Test Champion/Leader during testing phases
Qualifications
Education:
Experience and Skills:
Required:
A minimum of 6 years of experience is
Project management skills & Stakeholder Management experience.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Process oriented, data analysis & statistical skills
Ability to translate functionality and process into practical use and customer benefit
Understand Compliance Processes.
Preferred:
Experience with JIRA/SharePoint/Confluence/Business Optix
Project Management certification (FPX)
Supply Chain/Operations background
IT Solutions background
Experience in the Innovative Medicine (Pharma) business preferred.
Hybrid knowledge and ERP Systems SAP, JDE or other preferred.
