Sr. Director of AR Management
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Oversight of all insurance and patient AR for AFC Urgent Cares
Coordinating with vendor partners to meet cash and AR aging performance metrics
Implementing workflow and automation enhancements to improve average days to pay
Partner with front office and billing teams to coordinate denials prevention and insurance accuracy improvement
Support various business partners/franchise owners in AR resolution.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
· Strong management and organizational skills
· Comprehensive knowledge of billing & coding, reimbursement, accounts receivable, and collections in an outpatient environment, preferably in primary care.
· Strong computer skills including experience in Electronic Health Records and Patient Management systems.
· Demonstrated ability to be successful in a high-growth environment
· Demonstrated ability to analyze operations and identify opportunities for improvement
· Ability to compile, report and analyze data and prioritize activities based on such analysis.
· Multi-location experience preferred

Office environment. Significant amounts of keyboarding and use of a mouse.
