    Job Description:

    Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking a Sr. Facilities Analyst to join our Facilities team located in Danvers, MA.

    • Helps establish and implement programs and innovative initiatives for the organization to advance Facilities Management & Planning initiatives.

    • Assist with special projects, ad hoc reporting and key initiatives as required

    • Contributes to projects, programs or processes for the Facilities Management & Planning area.

    • Support business process mapping and process improvement

    • Prepare and regularly update standard reports related to facilities operations & and maintenance, capital programs, and capital projects

    • Prepare briefings and presentation materials

    • Responsible for space utilization layouts, People Finder, project and site maps for each essential function supported by the Facilities & Workplace Services

    • Provide department liaison and coordination for site events and other “hands-on” projects, working closely with departmental Administrators, and supportive duties as required

    • Support business unit and department processes and practices to ensure that programs are aligned with company business goals and objective

    Qualifications:

    • Be a part of the team and contribute to the success of the projects for our clients

    • Should have the educational background and motivation to provide assistance for the services in the respective discipline

    • BS Degree, preferably in Business Administration or Facility Planning

    • 5 to 7 years of MAC (Move, Add, Changes), facility procurement, vendor management experience

    • Experience managing Financial/Accounting deliverables (including annual/recurring budgets or operating/capital expense tracking) related to Commercial Real Estate, Facilities Management or Construction Project Management preferred

    • Must be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and adapting existing templates to unique deals

    The anticipated base pay range for this position is $108,800 to 147,200.

    Additional Description for Pay Transparency:

    The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance. Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401k).This position is eligible to participate in the Company’s long-term incentive program. Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits: Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year. Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year. Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year. Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year.
