The Logistics Clinical Coordinator RN is responsible for the creation & maintenance of preference cards, in collaboration with surgeons and staff. This RN will work closely with surgeons and vendors to ensure  the availability of all instruments, implants, and supplies for scheduled and add-on cases. The clinical coordinator will also coordinate with the Nurse Manager and Clinical Educator to arrange staff education, in-services, and vendor representation for cases and pertinent competency updates. This RN will also work closely to assist the manager in onboarding new staff and assist with lunch/break/turnover and rooms assignment when needed 

Fulltime: Monday through Friday; rotating 10 & 12-hour shifts; no weekends/holidays

Required Skills

1. Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing required.

2. Valid license as Registered Nurse in Connecticut required.

3. BSN preferred

4. BLS certification required.

5. Previous OR nursing experience required; charge RN experience highly preferred
