The Strategic Sales Associate (SSA) will play an important role in implementing Nomad’s sales strategy and, most importantly, enrolling new medical facilities onto the platform. This will entail:
- Helping to engineer and refine Nomad’s sales process and go-to-market strategy
- This includes designing campaigns, emails, sales scripts, and sales processes
- Generating new customer leads where Nomad is operating
- Building target email/call lists, updating/maintaining our CRM, and qualifying leads
- Activating leads through email, phone, and industry events
- Deploying email campaigns, cold calling targets, engaging at select, in-person industry events and trade shows
- Converting organic customer registrations into quality leads
- Acquiring new customer demonstrations and, eventually, performing demonstrations yourself to gain new customers
- Gain hands on experience with the Nomad product through on-boarding new clients
- Additionally, the person who fills this role will be an instrumental source of front-line market intelligence that will inform product design and development at Nomad.
How will you get started at Nomad?
In your first six weeks at Nomad you will:
- Develop a deep familiarity with the physician and nurse staffing market, its key stakeholders, and its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities
- Understand what motivates people and organizations to engage in this market
- Get up to speed on Nomad’s existing sales strategy & product suite
- Begin qualifying and reaching out to new leads
- Secure at least 5 new online demonstrations
In your first six months at Nomad you will:
- Take full ownership over your day-to-day sales execution
- Test successful qualification and activation campaigns across multiple states to effectively recruit customers to the Nomad platform
- Execute a customer lead gen, qualification and activation, cadence that ensures a high rate of acquisition
- Secure ~100 new online demonstrations
In your first 12-18 months at Nomad you will:
- Help build and execute a sales process that operates at a national level
- Begin performing online demonstrations and closing new customers
- Take full ownership over your pipeline: from demo to close to on-boarding
- Improve the Nomad sales process to help onboard new sales team members
12-18 months is the expected timeframe for successful SSAs to be promoted to Strategic Sales Managers or move into other areas of interest at Nomad.
