This internship program provides each selected student with real-life hands-on experience, coaching and mentoring, networking opportunities, as well as the opportunity to meet people from various schools throughout the country. As this unique internship is targeted to students who have worked in a corporate environment, an intentionally designed, engaging educational experience has been planned throughout the internship to ensure you feel supported and have all the tools you need to be successful. When you join our family, you will work on projects that improve your leadership, analytical, and project management skills. Cross-functional teamwork provides an opportunity to partner with a variety of people in the organization across all our sectors; Innovative Medicine, MedTech, and Corporate/Enterprise. We offer an interactive team environment, where your capabilities and skills will be developed to build a strong career foundation.

Qualifications

In order to be eligible, you must meet the following criteria:

• Legally authorized to work in the US and must not require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (ex. H1-B, F-1).
• Currently pursuing a University degree, completing minimum undergraduate sophomore year prior to internship or co-op start date.
• Availability to work on site if the position requires it.
• Availability to work full time (40 h/w) for the entire co-op or internship.
• Having a graduation date after the contract end date.

Payrates:

Technical Degrees:

• The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $24.00/hr, Junior $25/hr, Senior $27/hr, Master’s degree $32/hr.

Business Degrees:

• The anticipated base pay for this position is Sophomore $21.00/hr, Junior $22/hr, Senior $23/hr, Master’s degree $29/hr.
