We collaborate and co-create at early stages of innovation with multiple inventors, entrepreneurs, scientists, researchers and academics. Working alongside the Early Innovation Partnering team at the Boston Innovation Center, you will gain the understanding of the steps/ process required to advance an opportunity within a pharma/ biotech environment; build scientific and business development experience; interact with broad, cross-functional diligence and deal teams to understand key stakeholders and roles/responsibilities; you could also take ownership of a focused activity required to advance the opportunity, such as:
Additionally, this position will offer a chance to create relationships inside J&J and externally, and increase communication skills through regular engagement with colleagues and experts. You will be a part of the broader, dynamic JJI organization with exposure to a broad range of transactions and activities associated with working in External Innovation in a rich local ecosystem.

Our address is 255 Main St (7th floor), Cambridge, MA, across from the Kendall/MIT T-station on the Red Line. J&J offers hybrid work options.
